Seed time

As long as the earth remains, seed time and harvest, summer and winter, day and night will never cease. This is an ancient saying found in the book of genesis. Yet ancient as it may be, it is an eternal principle that whenever there is a sowing, harvest is gauranteed. It doesn't matter what you sow, harvest is sure. Good seeds produce a good harvest, and bad seeds produce bad harvest.
Be careful what you sow, in words, or deeds, for they all will grow sooner or later. Sow kindness and you will receive kindness. Speak kind words to people and you will receive kind words from people. Show love and you will be shown love. Give and it will be given to to you. Call people and they will call you. Visit and you will be visited, be friendly to others and you will never lack friends. Be generous, be nice, It's a seed.
Thing is, it may not necessarily come from the ones you gave to, but it will surely come. Take time to consider what you are doing to someone, or for someone today. Be sure that you will surely reap a harvest.
Let's use the few years that we have on this earth to love, to live, and to leave a legacy. Live is too short to waste it sowing bad seeds. Let's sow good seeds, and even after we are long gone. Generations after us will be glad we did.

New Season

The tree is an interesting object to look at when dealing with seasons. The tree does not move nor change locations with changing seasons. No matter what season comes on it, the tree comes up with a way of coping with it.
During fall, it may lose all it's leaves, it's color, beauty and glory, but that doesn't kill the tree. It still stands there , confident of this one thing; that no matter how harsh the fall and winter may have been, spring is coming. And with spring comes everything it had lost in the last season. Its leaves will become more colorful, it's bark more beautiful, it's trunk more refreshed, and its roots watered by the rains.
Talking about you right now, I don't know what things you may have lost in the weeks, months, and years gone by, I want you to know that spring is coming. A new season that will be for you a season of recovery, of color, and restoration. Like the tree, don't give up! Be bold, be confident. Nothing can stop your new season, just as nothing can stop day or night.

Be Wise

"Wisdom is better than weapons of war", is one of the sayings of King Solomon.
Wisdom keeps you from making poor choices. A man can hardly rise above the level of his wisdom. wisdom is the proper application of knowledge. Wisdom has nothing to do with age. sometimes, age comes alone.
The world is replete with all kinds of knowledge, but only the proper application of knowledge produces fantastic results.
wisdom also gives you caution, and turns one away from evil. It keeps you from being careless and overconfident. It keeps you humble and friendly. It gives you wealth, health and teaches you to sometime laugh at yourself.
In all your getting, get wisdom. it is the principal thing.

Shine

When darkness surrounds you, and you can't seem to find your way around, do not struggle, just shine. when the storms of life are beating so hard against you that you feel like giving up, do not despair, just shine. You are the light of the world. the light shines and darkness cannot conquer it. If someone who knew you as the light of the world was watching you and they see you groping in darkness, they will shout out to you "shine". Just shine! You can make it happen. if we all can just shine, darkness will be far from us.
