When You're in Need

Many times in life, we look to all kinds of places for our supplies, some times we look to men, at other times, we look to organizations for supplies, and despite all these, we never seem to have enough.
But have you noticed that the birds of the air never witness economic recession? neither do the ants nor the flowers. Yet they neither have people nor organizations to look up to for supplies. Guess who their supplier is? God of course. and this is because they are involved in the chain of giving and receiving as the Philippians were in Philippians4:16.
It was based on their being part of giving and receiving that Paul the Apostle blessed them with this blessing," My God will richly fill your every need in a glorious way through Christ Jesus".
This blessing is yours today as you start giving.
Don't stop working, but expect much more than your salary, don't stop investing, but expect much more than your dividends, don't stop serving, but expect much more than your rewards, and don't stop giving, it is the secret to receiving.
Look to Jesus, the Author and finisher of your faith. Look to God who is your Shepherd, and you will never want.

Only God's Opinion Counts

Do not allow people's opinion of you to form your reality. Public opinion can be temporal and deceptive. People judge you based on their moods, their feelings, and their perception of you. But God judges you based on what he has deposited inside of you.
They looked at Paul and treated him kindly when he came to the island of Patmos, but as soon as a beast clung to his wrist, they said he was a demon, then he shook the beast into the fire without being harmed, and the same people said he was a god.
Look at this; Same paul, same people, three opinions.
what have people said about you. have they called you names that you know you don't deserve? Relax. its just public opinion. it will change.
God's opinion of you is that; you are the apple of his eyes, you are the light of the world, you are the salt of the earth, you are a city that is set upon a hill that cannot be hid. you are his righteousness in Christ Jesus. you are the head and not the tail, you are blessed and not cursed, you are above only. Even when you are weak, he says, "let the weak say i am strong".
Sometimes, you may even begin to accept who people say you are. but God's opinion of you is your reality.
Only believe!

The people were waiting for him to swell up or suddenly drop dead. But after they had waited a long time and saw nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and said he was a god. Acts 28:6 (GW)

God is Your Helper

So we can confidently say, "The Lord is my helper. I will not be afraid. What can mortals do to me?" Hebrews 13:6 (GW)

People were created to help and be helped at all times. thats the reason God from the beginning got Adam a helper. No one person has monopoly of talents, giftings, and knowledge. This is just so we would have to connect with someone else to get help.

Now God himself has said he will not abandon you. Even when those who should help you don't seem to show up. God reminds you that He is your helper.

He will help you fulfill your destiny, He will help you reach your goal, he will help you be who you were created to be.

When man helps you, you could still be hindered in some areas. But when the Lord is the one helping you, there is nothing anyone can do against you that will succeed.

God is ready to help you now.

All you need to do is to call on him.

Call on him today!

Give him a chance to help you out.

He is your helper!

Certainly, goodness and mercy will stay close to me all the days of my life, and I will remain in the LORD'S house for days without end. Psalms 23:6 (GW)

Life is full of fears. one of these fear, is the fear of being alone. When you are in your room, or in your car, on the beach, in the office, or just anywhere. There are times when you just have this deep feeling of insecurity and aloneness.

You feel like there is nobody with you, and even when there seem to be people everywhere around you. You feel like they don't understand you or what you are going through.

This feeling of aloneness have driven many to untimely disaster as they tend to cling unto just anything that makes them feel secured and comforted.

I came to announce to you today that you are not alone. God has commissioned goodness and mercy to attend to you and stay close to you in all cases, days without end.

Be encouraged. you are not alone!

Love covers

He who claims to love and yet holds unto offenses has never known love. Love always excuses wrong, it covers a multitude of sin, it is patient, kind, slow to anger, and overlooks offenses.

Love easily forgives, and seeks to restore offenders. Love is Godly. God is Love.

Lets start loving, its the only way to real peace with God and man.

Trust in the Lord

Entrust your ways to the LORD. Trust him, and he will act on your behalf. Psalms 37:5
Trust is earned rather than wished for.
When we seek to buy certain car brands, or electronic gadgets, Most often than none, it's because these brands have earned a name for themselves. So we trust that they will be durable, and we buy them and recommend them to our friends and loved ones. We brag about about these brands until they become status symbols.
But see how lazy we seem in entrusting our lives to God. Even though he has proven himself over and over again, men still drag their feet when it comes to trusting God.
Some wait until they are in trouble before they call on him, others call Him just to satisfy their religious appetite. yet only a few really trust Him.
Now its up to you. Do you trust God?
If you do, He will act on your behalf.
